A dream lives on
Unthinkable today, at the time it was a dream come true: With the assistance of Ferry Porsche, a total of 13 replicas of the Porsche 356 were built in the GDR through 1959. Almost 60 years later, one of these “Lindner-Coupés” was bought by Alexander Fritz. Inspired by the history of the car, the dedicated tinkerer decided to undertake the demanding restoration. In the video, Fritz explains how the line between success and failure is often thin and why the car will always remind him of Falk Reimann.
